Important Notice for Out-of-State Brokers

Out-of-state brokers interested in enrolling for the 60 hours Ethics and Office Management Broker Modules should contact the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJREC) before starting any program. This is to determine eligibility and obtain approval for the course work and secure a waiver of the 90 hours General Knowledge module. The NJREC advises against registering until you have received the 90-hour waiver.
